Welcome to PDFCity. By browsing or purchasing from www.pdfcity.store, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
About us
PDFCity is an independently operated digital products store owned by Deepak Chavan, based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India. We sell digital downloads to customers in the United States.

What we sell
PDFCity sells digital products — ebooks, guides, workbooks, and printables — delivered as downloadable PDF files immediately after purchase. We do not sell physical products, and nothing is shipped.
Eligibility
To buy from PDFCity, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet both of these requirements.
Orders and payment
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
- Payment is processed securely through PayPal
- Your order is confirmed once payment is successful and you receive your download email
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
Digital delivery
Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a download link for your product. Download links are sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
If you don't receive your file within 15 minutes:
- Check your spam or promotions folder
- Confirm you entered the correct email at checkout
- Email us at pdfcity64@gmail.com and we'll resend it within 24 hours
License to use
When you buy a digital product from PDFCity, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use it. This means:
✅ You can: download, read, print for personal use, and store the file on your own devices
❌ You cannot: resell, redistribute, share, copy, modify, or republish any part of our products — in whole or in part — without written permission. All content, design, and writing remain the intellectual property of PDFCity.
Violation of this license may result in legal action.
Refunds
Because all PDFCity products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
If you experience a technical issue with your download (broken link, corrupted file, didn't receive the email), email us at pdfcity64@gmail.com within 7 days and we'll fix it right away.

Intellectual property
All content on PDFCity — including but not limited to product files, text, images, logos, and design — is the property of PDFCity and Deepak Chavan, protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of liability
PDFCity provides its products "as is." While we work hard to create accurate, helpful content, our products are for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological).
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PDFCity, Deepak Chavan, and any affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith communication first, and if unresolved, through the courts of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India.
