PDFCity Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Because every product at PDFCity is an instant digital download, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the file has been delivered. This is standard practice for digital products — once a file is downloaded, it can't be returned.
We know "no refunds" isn't the easiest thing to read, so we work hard to make every product page as clear and honest as possible. Please read the product description, preview, and FAQ carefully before purchasing so you know exactly what you're getting.
Technical issues
If something goes wrong on the tech side — your download link doesn't work, the file is corrupted, or you didn't receive your email — please contact us at pdfcity64@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, and we'll send you a fresh copy right away. We respond within 24 hours.
Wrong purchase or change of mind
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for:
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind after download
- Compatibility issues with your device (please check the file format before buying)
- Personal dissatisfaction with the content
Chargebacks
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that all sales are final. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us at pdfcity64@gmail.com may result in account suspension and may be reported as fraud.
